Hi! here you have a stylized female base mesh model.

Body, eyes, teeth, tongue, eyebrows and eyelashes; with topology for animation and Uvs.

It is meant to serve as base mesh for sculpting your characters and to speed up your work. Also, you can use it as reference.

The ZBrush Tool has 4 subdivisions and is separated in polygroups.
